Delayed Start to Today's Racing

by isleofman.com 4th September 2009

The Clerk of the Course, Phil Taubman, has announced that there will be a half-hour delay to the morning's racing.

The Lightweight and Ultra Lightweight events were scheduled to start at 10.15am (with roads closing at 9.30am).

However, there has been a 30-minute delay due to debris being cleared from the Glen Vine section of the course.

The four-lap races are now expected to start at 10.45am.

The 'blue riband' race, the Senior Manx Grand Prix, had been scheduled for 1.15pm but a later start is now expected.

More updates as they come.
