Alleged murderer in court again(2)

A 34-year-old man charged with murder has been further remanded in custody by High Bailiff Michael Moyle.

Simon Paul Leece, of Fairfield Terrace in Douglas, also faces charges of damaging property by arson with intent to endanger life, and destroying property by arson with intent to endanger life.

He was remanded in custody until September 29.

The charges relate to the death of builder Terry Losh in a fire at his home in Desmense Road on March 22, as well as incidents in Clarke Street, Peveril Street and Bucks Road.
