Dan Sayle could be set to partner triple Sidecar World Champion Tim Reeves in the forthcoming Steve Henshaw International Gold Cup Road Races, it has been announced.
Maidstone-based Reeves, who claimed his first world title in 2005 and made his sidecar TT debut last year, recently confirmed that he would be joined by Sayle as passenger in 2010.
It is also likely that his new ballast will be 'in the chair' at the prestigious Gold Cup, which takes place at Oliver's Mount (Scarborough over the weekend of 19th and 20 September.
Sayle is no stranger to the 2.43 mile hillside course, having already claimed victory with Nick Crowe in 2007.
Head of Organisation Peter Hillaby commented, "It is a privilege to have Tim Reeves join what is already a quality entry in the Sidecar class, providing the thrilling spectacle unique to the three-wheeler teams who are a particular favourite with all the Oliver's Mount fans and enthuasiasts."
More race details will be released in the near future.
