An incident during last night's Manx Grand Prix practice has led to this morning's Mountain Road closure between Ramsey Hairpin and The Bungalow.
The Department of Transport has confirmed they are relocating a marshals shelter at the 27th Milestone after a bike left the road and hit it during yesterday evening's session.
Rider Simon Perkin was airlifted to hospital from the scene and a marshal - Hugh Evans - was seen by a Doctor before being given the OK.
The Mountain Road is due to re-open at two o'clock.
