More riders at MGP

This year's Manx Grand Prix has seen an increase in the numbers of riders entering.

So says the Island's Tourism and Leisure Minister Martyn Quayle who has been speaking ahead of the races due to get underway next week.

This year there will be a new event, the post classic race, which has attracted 31 entries including TT stars Guy Martin and Ryan Farquhar.

Mr Quayle says that event has been a real hit with riders.
