Conor looking for Ulster GP win

by isleofman.com 15th August 2009

The fastest road racer in the world, Manxman Conor Cummins, is aiming for an international victory today.

The Ulster Grand Prix is held on the same Dundrod circuit where he won the Superbike Race on Thursday afternoon, in record breaking style.

His final lap, at 133.282mph, was the fastest ever recorded in a motorcycle road race.

Today, Conor is up against established TT stars such as John McGuinness, Bruce Anstey, Guy Martin, Ian Hutchinson, Ryan Farquhar and Ian Lougher.

But Isle of Man TT Marshals' Association vice president Terry Holmes knows him well, and says nothing seems to ruffle him:
