Graham Ferguson Lacey at inquiry

by isleofman.com 13th August 2009

Isle of Man-based businessman Graham Ferguson Lacey is giving evidence to the public inquiry about rights of way at Langness today.

Four of his companies – Fort Island, Castletown Golf Links, Redford and Fort Island Golf Lodge – own land on the peninsula which may be affected by any decisions made by inquiry inspector Roy Hickey.

Earlier this week, Mr Ferguson Lacey gave a statement through his advocate saying he hadn't expected the hearing to be interested in his land.

But, after Mr Hickey threatened to summon him before the inquiry, Mr Ferguson Lacey said he would be happy to attend and answer questions.

He will appear at the Mount Murray Hotel at 9.30am.
