by isleofman.com 11th August 2009

There are positive signs for Ramsey ahead of judging for the 2009 Britain in Bloom competition.

Two judges from the Royal Horticultural Society, who were shown round the town this morning, said they were impressed by what they saw.

Holly Chatten spoke to chairman of Ramsey Commissioners Sylvia Beattie, RHS judge Andrew Jackson and first his senior colleague, Roger Burnett (play extended audio file):

Ramsey is the Isle of Man's representative in Britain in Bloom 2009, and will be competing in the Small Town section.
