Judges visit Ramsey today

by isleofman.com 11th August 2009

It's a big day for Ramsey, as local residents show off their town to the Britain in Bloom judges.

Two representatives from the British Horticultural Society are due to be given a guided tour of some of the features which secured the Island in Bloom title.

That earned Ramsey the right to represent the Isle of Man in the small town section of the 2009 Britian in Bloom competition, the winners of which will be announced next month.

Chairman of the Ramsey Britain in Bloom Committee is Brian Beattie (play audio file):

Time of judges' visit: 9am to 11am.
