Customers for Villa Marina events are being notified that there is now a second hotline number for ticket bookings.

In recent months, high demand for tickets to popular events has caused booking problems.

Large volumes of simultaneous calls to the existing hotline number (694555) has put the Manx Telecom exchange under pressure and resulted in frustration as customers have found themselves unable to get through to a member of staff.

Now, the Villa Marina and Gaiety Theatre have installed a new ticket hotline number which will be in use for all future bookings.

While the existing number can still be used, customers are encouraged to make all future bookings via the new number, which is 600555.
