Director wants north eastern link to be maintained

The director of Ronaldsway Airport, Ann Reynolds, is hopeful local airline Manx2 will be able to sustain services on the Newcastle/Isle of Man route.

Manx2.com will commence flights to and from the city on August 27, a few days after Eastern Airways is due to withdraw from the route, and the Island.

Ms Reynolds says it will be a limited service but she hopes it will prove popular:
