Anybody who thinks good beef is wrapped in plastic is being advised to visit a display at this weekend's Royal Manx Agricultural Show.
A master butcher from the United Kingdom will be giving demonstrations to explain how meat is graded and how to identify the different cuts.
It's one of the many attractions lined up for the event, which looks set to enjoy two days of good weather tomorrow and on Saturday.
President of the Manx National Farmers' Union Howard Quayle hopes the visiting butcher will teach people a little bit about the food they eat (play audio file):
There will be regular live reports from the show field on Manx Radio, tomorrow and on Saturday, building up to the judging of the Supreme Champion late on Saturday afternoon.
