Fatal road accident - motorcyclist named

Police have named the motorcyclist who died in a road accident at Glen Tramman, Lezayre yesterday evening.

He was 44 year-old Howard Robert Corlett, from Ramsey.

The accident happened shortly after 7pm and also involved a four wheel drive vehicle, which was being driven by a visitor to the Island.

Police say investigations are continuing and they would like to speak to anybody who either saw the collision or has information relating to it.

The number to ring for the Roads Policing Unit at Police Headquarters in Douglas is 631212.
