Fatal accident at Glen Tramman

A motorcyclist was killed in an accident in the north of the Island last night.

The incident happened shortly after 7pm on the TT course at Glen Tramman, and involved a grey motorcycle and a dark coloured four wheel drive vehicle.

The local biker was heading towards Ramsey when the collision occurred.

The other person involved was a visitor to the Island.

Police say the coroner of inquests has been informed, and they are appealing for anyone who was travelling along the road at the time, and who saw either vehicle, to get in touch with them.
