The anonymous charity helpline Crimestoppers has had another successful year in the Isle of Man.
Figures for the twelve months to the end of March 2009 show that 114 calls provided either information relating to the identity of criminals, or details about crimes committed on the Island.
From those calls, five people were arrested and charged with criminal offences and another six cases were detected thanks to information provided by calls to the service.
