Careers service is for everybody

The new manager of the Isle of Man's Careers Guidance Service says he hopes to help anybody on the Island in need of advice, not just youngsters.

Andrew McKinley took up the top job from the start of this month, and says he is looking forward to working with other arms of government such as the Department of Home Affairs and Department of Education.

He says people shouldn’t assume that the emphasis is always on finding work and careers for young people or school leavers:
