Green light for youth cafe

Work is progressing well on a new venue for kids to hang out in Douglas.

Planning approval has been gained for the youth cafe, which will be at the old travel shop in Lord Street.

As well as somewhere for them to go, it will offer youngsters information about things to do on the Island.

Youth officer Voirrey Kennaugh says it will be much more than just a cafe:
