Bogus call from TV repair service

An Onchan woman is warning people to be careful after she was targeted in a telephone scam.

Audrey Murray says somebody rang claiming to be from Sky TV’s repair service, and asked for her bank details.

But when she checked, it turned out they weren't from Sky at all and had simply been fishing for her financial information.

Audrey says the caller sounded very plausible:
