Town prepares for annual festival

The 53rd Castletown Festival takes place tomorrow.

The whole town gets involved in the event, with competitions open to everyone from babies to businesses.

Prizes will be awarded for the best decorated micro-scooter, the most humorous pub and best dressed property, among many other categories.

Secretary of the Castletown Festival Committee Colin Leather remembers the first time he experienced the event:
