'TT shall not be moved' - Quayle

by isleofman.com 31st July 2009

The tourism minister is promising next year's TT will not be moved, despite a probable clash with the British round of Moto GP.

Martyn Quayle hopes the Moto GP at Silverstone can be moved, so fans don't have to choose between the two events.

According to the provisional calendar the Silverstone race will take place on June 6, which will be Mad Sunday next year.

If that date is confirmed, Mr Quayle hopes to be able to bring a bit of Moto GP to the Isle of Man:
