Commission says contact us, not MHKs, with TV queries

No one has contacted the Communications Commission saying they didn't know about the recent switchover to digital television.

Dr Carmel McLaughlin says she was surprised to hear that some people didn't know why they were no longer receiving a TV signal, following a blanket media campaign promoting the changes.

Yesterday, North Douglas MHK Bill Henderson said he had been contacted by constituents who were worried their elderly negihbours didn't understand what had happened, or know where to get help.

Dr McLaughlin says anyone who is struggling should contact her, not their MHK:
