A man facing a charge of causing death by dangerous driving will appear in court again next month.
Forty-eight year-old Paul Michael Dawson, of Empire Terrace in Douglas, is alleged to have been responsible for the death of Matthew Robson Rae on August 21 last year.
The incident is said to have taken place on the Douglas to Peel road on the approach to Greeba.
Mr Dawson pleaded not guilty, and the case was adjourned until August 28, when a trial date will be set.
