Digital switchover - have people been left behind?

by isleofman.com 28th July 2009

Bill Henderson says he has been approached by people on behalf of elderly constituents who have missed the analogue switch-off and have been left wondering why their televisions don't work.

He's now asking for the authorities to use the Post Office database to make sure elderly people are up to speed with the changes.

But Mr Henderson says he doesn't blame anybody for what's happened.
