Campaigners challenging Jeremy Clarkson's decision to close access to footpaths around his holiday home in Langness, claim the TV presenter was told there would be limits to his privacy when he bought the property.
Public Rights of Way Langness, or PRoWL, called a series of witnesses at the public inquiry into the footpaths' status last week.
They argued members of the public have used footpaths on the peninusla, as of right, for 21 years, and should continue to do so.
The Clarksons say they stopped ramblers walking around the property to protect their privacy, after lowering a wall.
That's described by PRoWL spokesman Ian Costain as a 'self inflicted wound' and he is confident the group's case has solid backing:
