Three intrepid employees from Castletown based Friends Provident are preparing to tackle one of the world's great adventure challenges.

Ben Truman, Patrick Muldoon and Brian O'Neill will walk the famous Inca Trail to Machu Picchu later this year.

The trio will be part of a charity based excursion organised to raise funds for the Isle of Man Children's Centre.

Inca Trail highlights include trekking over three mountain passes that rise up to 4,200 metres, cloud forest and deep jungle.
