Cranway allegation dismissed by court

Two online gambling firms have been called into court for allegedly violating the patent of an Isle of Man registered company.

Cranway Limited claimed its patent had been infringed by Playtech and Tote.

The allegation related to an interactive, real-time computer gaming system.

Playtech and Tote denied any infringement and the court ruled in their favour.
