A 34 year-old Douglas man charged with murder has been further remanded in custody.
Simon Paul Leece, of Fairfield Terrace, is also accused of destroying property by arson with intent to endanger life, and damaging property with intent to endanger life.
The charges follow incidents in March.
Mr Leece appeared via video-link from the Island’s prison in Jurby and is due in court again on August 4.
