Patients and staff at Noble's Hospital are being given the chance to try dishes with a distinctive local flavour this week.
As part of Manx Food Week the health service is including home grown produce on its menus.
It's the second year the event has been held, and it aims to show how the DHSS supports the local economy.
Today politicians and producers will gather at the hospital to see displays, and sample some Manx dishes.
