Chief Constable Mike Langdon has described the latest crime figures as 'encouraging', but says the Island still faces a number of problems.
His annual report to Tynwald, presented at this month's sitting, shows a large drop in crime, but Mr Langdon says statistics can never tell the whole story, and there's no room for complacency.
