The national chairman of the Liberal Vannin Party has resigned.
Nigel Malpass says he is stepping down for personal and private reasons.
At a meeting held at the weekend, Kate Beecroft, who held the post immediately before Mr Malpass, was re-appointed chairman.
Roy Redmayne, who is chairman of the Southern Branch, is the new vice chairman of the party.
