The judge in the Arizona Devine Watterson murder trial has finished summing up the case.
The twelve jurors will be sent out to consider their verdict tomorrow morning, having spent today being reminded about key pieces of evidence.
Miss Watterson is accused of the murder of Billy Rogers on March 28 last year.
Acting Deemster Turner had planned to send the jury out today, but his summary took longer than expected.
Acting Deemster Turner began the day by telling the four women and eight men their work as jurors would be the most important public service they would ever have to undertake.
Throughout the day he read pieces of evidence for the defence and prosecution, heard in the first two weeks of the trial.
The bulk of the summary was made up of transcripts of Miss Watterson's interviews with police officers after her arrest in March last year
The prosecution says Miss Watterson intended to kill Mr Rogers when she inflicted the fatal stab wound to his chest. The defence argues that Mr Rogers stumbled onto the ceremonial dagger while they were play-fighting.
The trial will continue at Douglas Courthouse at 10am tomorrow, when the jury will begin to consider their verdict.
