The world famous Bee Gees will be honoured in the town of their birth today.
The singing brothers are to be made Freemen of the Borough of Douglas, in a ceremony at lunchtime.
Barry and Robin will be there to receive the accolade in person, and it will be posthumously conferred on Robin's twin, Maurice, who died in 2003.
The citation will refer to the group's worldwide success as recording artists, and the way they have always spoken positively about Douglas and the Isle of Man.
