'Passive house' expert on Talking Heads

One of the world's top experts on the design and construction of ultra-low energy buildings is visiting the Isle of Man this week.

Hans Eek, from Sweden, has been meeting government officials and held a seminar for the Island's building industry.

Around 15,000 'passive houses' have been built around the world, mostly in Scandinavian countries.
