That's how Health Minister Eddie Teare has described his department's new ?4.2 million pounds Elderly Mentally Infirm unit in Farmhill, Douglas.
Thie Meanagh offers residential and respite care for older people with mental health difficulites, and was officially opened yesterday afternoon by former member for social services Dudley Butt, MLC.
Mr Teare says, despite the project initially being put on hold due to a lack of funding, health chiefs always aimed to bring the scheme to fruition:
