Bishop's Court cancellation

by isleofman.com 2nd July 2009

Traditional Tynwald Day entertainment which takes place every year in the west of the Island has been called off.

There will be no Bishop's Court open afternoon on Monday, because the military band which usually performs is unavailable.

Organisers say it's the first time in 14 years the event hasn't gone ahead, and are apologising to those who were hoping to attend.
