Cocaine case adjourned

High Bailiff Michael Moyle has adjourned sentencing a Douglas man who admitted possessing cocaine.

Twenty-seven year-old Ross James Patrick McWhinnie, of William Proctor Court, was arrested at his home by police officers carrying out a drugs search.

McWhinnie told the court the drugs were his, and he'd had the 2.8 grammes for his own use.

The drugs had a street value of ?224.

McWhinnie was bailed until July 21.
