A new government body which was set up to look after war memorials in the Isle of Man has held its first meeting.
The group was formed by the government to register and preserve the structures after some local authorities were criticised for not looking after them.
It will also focus on preventing the destruction of memorials to those from the Island who gave their lives during conflicts.
