'two-three' for women on the track!

The Isle of Man has picked up two medals in the women's 400 metres final, at the Island Games in Aland.

Harriet Pryke got the silver and Sarah Dowling came third to collect the bronze, with Jersey's Gemma Dawkins taking the gold.

Their success follows on from another good afternoon for the Isle of Man in the pool, with the swimmers claiming four medals.

The Isle of Man remains sixth in the overall table, with five golds, nine silver and seven bronze medals.
