If you heard Manx Radio's first broadcast or it has played a big part in your life, Onchan Park is the place to be today!
The station is celebrating 45 years of service to the Island this weekend, with a display of memorabilia and festivities in the park.
A caravan stationed in nearby Hillberry Road was Manx Radio's first home, and Onchan Commissioners are hosting the event to mark the station's early links with the village.
The station's controller of programming and content Marc Tyley wants listeners to get involved (play audio file):
Manx Radio will be broadcasting live from Onchan Park, alongside its very own radio time capsule, courtesy of Mann Crane Hire Limited, from 8.30am to 5pm today.
