A section of Dhoon Glen which has been closed for years is now open again to the public.
Extreme weather washed away paths and caused landslip upstream of the Dhoon Loop Road, and workers at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry battled to carry out repairs.
It proved to be difficult work, and more bad weather caused further damage just when the department thought it had almost finished the job.
Agriculture Minister Phil Gawne says despite the size of the task, he's pleased people can now enjoy the whole of the beauty spot:
