Hard cheese for Isle of Man Creameries!

A United Kingdom national competition has found the best hard cheese in Britain comes from the Isle of Man.

Isle of Man Creameries' vintage cheddar picked up the award from Tesco, in its competition to find the best new cheeses.

The prize includes distribution of the product through 50 of the company's stores in the North West region.

Creamery spokesman Gordon Smith told Manx Radio why he thought the cheddar won:
