TT entertainment not satisfactory - Brown

Chief Minister Tony Brown has apologised for the lack of entertainment during this year’s TT festival.

In the House of Keys today he faced a question from Michael MHK David Cannan about whether the Council of Ministers was happy with the arrangements, following widespread criticism from locals and visitors.

Mr Brown said the situation in Douglas hadn't been satisfactory, after free entertainment on Douglas Promenade was completely scrapped.

He told MHKs the Department of Tourism and Leisure would now look into what went wrong:
