New charity starts to make an impression

The work of a newly formed Island charity is beginning to pay dividends.

So says the team behind Bowel Cancer Isle of Man, as it prepares for its latest public fundraiser, this weekend.

A car boot sale is being held at the Palace Cinema car park, between 8.30am and 12 noon on Sunday.

Director of fundraising Zoe Hawley says such events really help raise awareness:
