A plan which aims to provide a more effective safety net of support for children and young people in the Isle of Man has been officially launched.
The Island's first Children’s Plan addresses a range of issues including alcohol, drugs, smoking, obesity, bullying, and mental and sexual health.
Education Minister Anne Craine stresses the Island's not immune to the problems that can face young people and the plan is intended to complement the responsibilities of parents and the family.
