The Isle of Man Farmers’ Market will be there selling fresh seasonal Manx produce and Ramsey Town Band will perform live at 2pm.
Light refreshments including homemade cakes, scones and tea will be served in a marquee within the grounds throughout the day, with
lunches and refreshments also available in The Grove Conservatory Restaurant.
Matthew Richardson, Curator for Social History at Manx National Heritage said 'Traditionally, the garden party was one of the highlights of the Victorian and Edwardian summer social calendar.
'We have tried to capture some of that unique atmosphere with our Garden Party at The Grove this summer - we hope that visitors will enjoy the many attractions and activities that it has to offer, and also take the opportunity to enjoy a day out in historic Ramsey'.
The Grove is situated on the A9 Andreas Road on the outskirts of Ramsey and ample free parking is available for the day. The event will take place at The Grove Museum in Ramsey on Sunday 28th June between 10am and 4.30pm. Normal admission charges apply and all are welcome to attend.
