Members of the Royal College of Nursing and the union Unite with concerns and queries about pensions are being urged to attend a hastily arranged meeting this evening.
Officers for the two bodies with responsibility for pensions are in the Island today and will speak to members at the Keyll Darree lecture theatre from 5pm.
In February, the Manx government began a six month public consultation on a review of public sector pensions, with a recommendation from a group of consultants that existing schemes should be unified into a single package.
