The health minister is giving another assurance about job security within the Isle of Man's health service.
Eddie Teare's comments follow the publication of a report in the United Kingdom, which predicts a future of tight funding and difficult spending decisions.
It suggests the next two years are going to be the toughest, as the impact of the recession starts to be felt.
Last month the Department of Health over here launched a major consultation to try and find a solution for some of those financial issues.
