Riders' group backs TTXGP

The British Motorcyclists Federation is showing its support for the world's first clean emissions grand prix, due to be held on the TT course on Friday.

It will be presenting the the BMF Trophy to the highest placed British rider in the TTXGP.

Government relations executive for the organisation Chris Hodder says the concept of environmentally friendly bikes is a great idea (play audio file):

The BMF is Britain's largest and most influential riders' rights group.
