A proposed settlement has been reached between the Manx Electricity Authority and the authority's former chief executive Mike Proffitt over expenses.
Mr Proffitt will pay back ?30,000 in a dispute related to general and travel expenses and employment issues.
A series of claims and counter claims emerged with the MEA issuing civil proceedings against Mr Proffitt for payments he received.
MEA chairman Quintin Gill insisted there was no evidence of wrongdoing and is glad the matter is concluded.
