Final chapter for Island books

Another retail outlet in Douglas will close its doors for the last time next week.

Island Books will shutdown on Wednesday, after trading in the capital for five years.

It's the latest unit to close with Woolworths, Adams, Impressions, Aldridge Audio and Principles all having ceased trading in the past six months.

Island Books manager Christopher Linham says it's a huge disappointment:
